The first Piecing for Parkinson’s event is almost here! This Saturday, April 5th from 9am-5pm at Quail Hollow in West Lebanon, NH quilters from Vermont and New Hampshire will gather together to design, cut, pin and sew Comfort Quilts for the Parkinson’s Comfort Project to distribute. The generosity of the quilting community in the twin states is boundless!
We are doing the last-minute things that putting on any event necessitates. Making sure signs are made, getting supplies together, figuring out the final logistics. Most importantly, we are picking up snacks and drinks. Food is always a good way to get people together!
The final countdown has begun: less than 48 hours. Are you a quilter? Are you a caregiver or person with Parkinson’s? We would love to have you join us!
